| So By Request I will now actually blog for the first time in a long time. It was a good semester. The classes I took were good and the People in them were/are amazing friends and encouragers! Amy and I were talking the other day about how awesome it is that we can attend class knowing that for the most part the people sitting in the room with you truly care about you. While we are all working towards our own degrees, and have our own crazy busy life and goals, we are still not competitive (At least in the Marriage and Family Counseling Program), want to see each other succeed, and would help one another out in a time of need. That’s how it should be as followers of Christ. Anyway, for my summer! I am continuing on in my Counseling Internship through the summer so I will be staying here in New Orleans. However, I have 3 vacations lined up so far. - I’m coming home to Georgia to see the Parents, Bro and Lezlee and the Kids.
- I’m going deep sea/off shore fishing for a week with the Dad and Uncles! I am so looking forward to it!!!
- Then 4 days later………….Amy and I are driving from New Orleans, LA all the way up to Yellowstone!!!!! We will go White Water Rafting, Visit and Camp at Yellowstone National Park, see Old Faithful of course and visit Grand Teton National Park. This will be an Awesome Road Trip!!
So that all happening in June!! July and August are still wide open for another Trip or Two!!! | | |

| Christmas is over and Valentines Candy, and King Cake is already out ever where!!!! Starting January 6th here in New Orleans Endless supplies of King Cake have already began being made. Tonight, At work I learned that people in New Orleans leave there Christmas decorations up till the first official day (of Mardi Gras or maybe it’s just really the first day of preparation for Mardi Gras) and replace the decorations with Mardi Gras ones!!! So I guess for the next 2 months here it is going to look like some one throw-up Purple and Gold!!! I mean Fat Tuesday is not Till Feb 20th!! | | |
| My Dad Killed a Deer Today!!
What makes it Funny is, that the place where he went hunting he had to take his boat to get to.
So Picture my dad:
Dragging a five point deer out of the woods
Putting it on his boat and then taking it for a boat ride.
Taking it out of the boat into the truck and then home.
And doing this ALL by himself
